In order to inform the PETR of the Pays de Saint-Brieuc for the preparation of the new Community-led local development (for local actors) strategy of the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund (EMFF) 2021-2027, Vertigo Lab evaluated the weight and socio-economic impacts of the blue economy sectors in the Pays de Saint-Brieuc and in the Côtes d’Armor using the ImpacTer tool. The objective is to estimate the weight of local maritime activities. Consultation with key players completes this diagnosis by identifying economic growth potentials. This analysis gives institutional and socio-professional actors visibility on the socio-economic impact of the blue economy in order to facilitate the coordination of future actions.
