L’agence de Nancy se trouve au cœur du territoire lorrain, en étroite relation avec les collectivités et les acteurs du transport.
Le besoin de Kisio a porté sur la mesure et la valorisation de son empreinte socio-économique, en objectivant ses retombées directes, indirectes et induites, ainsi que sa contribution à l’emploi et à la valeur ajoutée locale.

A detailed economic analysis, from local to national
Vertigo Lab quantified the socio-economic impacts of the agency, then analyzed the multiplier effects to understand the cascading impact of expenditures and their redirection towards the local economy.
A comparison and positioning of Kisio within the regional economy were also carried out.

It also facilitated team buy-in around a shared narrative while supporting dialogue with stakeholders through an objectification of the impacts.

An adaptation of the evaluation tool to service activities was carried out, with the ability to produce a narrative of territorial anchoring incorporating scenarios for the relocation of expenditures.
