Measuring the contribution of a consulting firm to its territory
Kisio has been a company specialized in mobility, supporting authorities and operators in designing and improving transport services. The Nancy agency is at the heart of the Lorraine region, closely linked with local authorities and transport stakeholders. The need focused on measuring and valuing its socio-economic footprint by objectifying its direct, indirect, and induced impacts, as well as its contribution to local employment and added value.

A detailed economic analysis, from local to national
Vertigo Lab quantified the socio-economic impacts of the agency, then analyzed the multiplier effects to understand the cascading impact of expenditures and their redirection towards the local economy. A comparison and positioning of Kisio within the regional economy were also carried out.

The mission helped to enrich Kisio's CSR strategy by providing tangible data on its economic and territorial impact. It also facilitated team buy-in around a shared narrative while supporting dialogue with stakeholders through an objectification of the impacts.

An adaptation of the evaluation tool to service activities was carried out, with the ability to produce a narrative of territorial anchoring incorporating scenarios for the relocation of expenditures.
