Graduating in 2011 with a Master's in Applied Economics specializing in Environmental Risk Management from the University of Rouen, Clémentine quickly specialized in water issues.

After supporting companies in implementing approaches and strategies for water resource management, she worked in the public water industry for 4 years in Australia. As an economist for the Department of Water in Victoria, she developed efficient resource management programs based on economic assessments of various scenarios and facilitated working groups of businesses to promote strategic planning in response to recurring drought events.

Clémentine joined Vertigo Lab in May 2019 to strengthen the team in the study of public and environmental policy tools, economic evaluation, environmental forecasting, biodiversity themes, and ecosystem services.
