Laure Martin Poisson

Laure holds a PhD in international economics (SciencesPo, Paris) and is a graduate agronomist from AgroParisTech. This dual training has allowed her to develop a multidisciplinary and holistic approach to development issues.
Before joining Vertigo Lab in 2023, Laure worked at IFAD (International Fund for Agricultural Development of the United Nations) in the design and management of rural development and natural resource management projects in various regions of the world. She has also contributed to numerous studies evaluating the economic, social, and environmental impacts of these development programs.
Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to collaborate with various partners, including ministries, local authorities, producer organizations, international cooperation agencies, and national and international research institutes.
Her areas of intervention include, among others, agriculture, agroecology, and public policy evaluation.
