Measuring the territorial contribution of a company
Bastidarra, an artisanal dairy deeply rooted in its territory in the Basque Country, wanted to advance its stakeholders and identify action levers for itself and its suppliers. The need focused on understanding its contribution to the territory and the local economy.
service
A socio-economic evaluation to objectify the territorial contribution
Vertigo Lab assessed the socio-economic impacts of the company, then conducted a Territorial Responsibility Diagnosis by analyzing the criteria of Corporate Territorial Responsibility.
The Bastidarra dairy benefited from our tool for measuring socioeconomic and environmental impact and territorial anchoring, ImpacTer, which we mobilized for this mandate.
BENEFITS
A clear vision to enhance and strengthen the territorial anchoring of the dairy
The mission allowed for the enhancement of Bastidarra's contribution to its anchoring territory, as well as identifying significant action levers to go further. It also produced concrete communication elements for stakeholders.
The + Vertigo Lab
