Context
Territorializing the Ecophyto 2030 strategy
The national Ecophyto strategy 2030 aims to reduce pesticide use by 50 % by 2030. Despite several previous plans, the results are deemed insufficient. A new strategy focuses on a territorialized approach, based on local diagnostics to address the environmental, health, agricultural, and social complexities of the territories.
In a context of tensions with certain agricultural stakeholders, the challenge is also to rebuild trust. The regional directorates for Food, Agriculture, and Forestry (DRAAF) are key partners for deploying this strategy at the territorial level.
Territorial diagnostics must be finalized in 4 pilot regions before deployment in other regions. The aim is to capitalize on best practices and co-construct territorial action plans.

Conduct diagnostics and structure regional action
Avec Transitions DD, Vertigo Lab a structuré une méthodologie pour réaliser des diagnostics et déployer des plans d’action. Nous avons testé cette méthodologie sur quatre régions pilotes, avant un déploiement plus large, avec :
- La production de webinaires, d’ateliers en ligne, et d’un accompagnement particulier dédié aux DRAAF de chacune des régions ;
- La production d’une boîte à outils (guides, fiches pratiques, trames d’animation et fiches actions pour faciliter la mise en œuvre) ;
- L’animation des parties prenantes et la mise en place d’ateliers d’intelligence collective.
