The Fayat Group, one of the major French companies in construction and public works, faced the new European CSRD regulation, which requires companies to publish their ESG impacts. The need focused on structuring a non-financial reporting approach, which had never been done before, to comply with the CSRD requirements while engaging internal and external stakeholders.

Vertigo Lab analyzed the entire value chain, then defined an action plan integrating a gap analysis between current practices and CSRD requirements. Double materiality matrices were developed to prioritize strategic issues.
