Vertigo Lab supports them in structuring their approach, prioritizing their actions, engaging their stakeholders, and securing the implementation of their projects over the long term.
We assist agricultural and food project leaders in the concrete acceleration of their ecological transition, by articulating environmental performance, economic viability, and territorial anchoring.
Our approach is based on a detailed analysis of each project: its objectives, constraints, and areas for improvement in light of major issues (climate, biodiversity, agricultural practices, sustainable food, animal welfare). On this basis, we co-create operational and actionable roadmaps.
The support relies on various formats: collective workshops, co-creation sessions, feedback experiences, decision-making tools; as well as training programs to enhance the skills of teams and partners.
Our goal: to structure, equip, and accelerate the implementation of impactful projects, facilitating their deployment over the long term.
