Context

Bringing CSR to the heart of an agricultural cooperative

The agricultural cooperative Sevépi has committed to a social responsibility approach in line with its cooperative values. In a context of regulatory evolution and strong expectations regarding sustainable agriculture, traceability, and local anchoring, it sought to enhance the understanding and ownership of CSR issues among its employees.

Its need focused on raising awareness among a broad range of employees about key concepts of sustainability and CSR, directly related to the jobs and activities of the cooperative. It aimed to engage all its employees in the transition, with an accessible, playful, and unifying approach, without necessarily delving into ISO26000 standards or technicalities.

Vertigo Lab proposed personalized training and awareness workshops lasting 2 hours and 15 minutes, incorporating key CSR concepts and spread over several days.
