Anticipating changes in the agricultural sector at the level of the Gard department
The Chamber of Agriculture of Gard aimed to anticipate the changes affecting the agricultural sector in its territory, in order to better prepare its future actions. The need focused on projecting the situation of the sector towards 2030 and beyond, capitalizing on existing knowledge and co-constructing the future actions of the Chamber of Agriculture.

A prospective and participatory study to define an operational roadmap
With the consulting firm EY, Vertigo Lab supported the project with a structured and gradual approach. The mission began with a prospective study, combining literature reviews, interviews with key stakeholders, and modeling work to anticipate sector developments.
This work was complemented by a benchmark of inspiring initiatives tailored to the territory, allowing for the identification of concrete levers for action. On this basis, Vertigo Lab facilitated co-construction workshops with stakeholders to bring forth shared strategic directions.
Finally, the mission resulted in operational recommendations, translated into a clear and deployable roadmap to guide future actions.
