The need focused on creating an adapted program that promotes the sharing of experiences, as well as supporting partners to capitalize on successes and coordinate actions.

A structured program to animate and grow projects
Vertigo Lab co-designed a support system for the various projects of the program, and then organized exchange days and field visits. Various tools were mobilized, such as tool sheets, webinars, and working sessions, and a white paper was published with recommendations and a cross-sectional analysis.
BENEFITS

The mission allowed for a strengthening of the skills of project leaders in the Adour-Garonne basin, as well as a consolidation of collective dynamics. It also enabled structured networking and in-depth monitoring of projects, as well as the promotion of projects and their outcomes through events and shared resources.
