Evaluation of the impact of the France Relance plan on biodiversity and nature
Context
Vertigo Lab conducted a study aimed at influencing pandemic recovery plans to integrate natural capital into economic decisions and policymakers to direct funding towards the rehabilitation and conservation of biodiversity.
By comparing the approaches of different countries, the study highlights best practices and levers of action to better integrate nature into post-crisis economic recovery.
The analysis of the French case contributes to identifying investments that are genuinely beneficial to biodiversity and proposing pathways to direct future funding towards more resilient and sustainable models.
