Context
Assessing a territory's ability to cope with food shocks
Following the COVID-19 crisis, Bordeaux sought to evaluate its food resilience to ensure local, fair, and sustainable food in the face of future shocks. The need focused on assessing the food resilience of the territory and identifying levers for action through urban agriculture, short supply chains, access to food, and reducing food waste.

A comprehensive diagnosis to structure the city's food strategy
Vertigo Lab conducted a detailed assessment of the city's food resilience, then carried out a benchmark of the support policies of major French metropolitan areas. An operational roadmap has been developed to guide the actions and priorities of the City, and other deliverables have been produced.
