Study and AMO for the creation of an Inter-Territorial Food Project (PAiT) in Ardèche
Context
Build an inter-territorial food project in Ardèche
The local authorities of Arche Agglo and the Rhône Crussol community of communes are taking actions to structure a sustainable territorial food system, including support mechanisms for agricultural establishment and initiatives in collective catering.
For a few years now, they have been building an Inter-Territorial Food Project (PAiT).
service
Define a territorial food strategy
To define the objectives and implementation methods of this PAiT, the local authorities commissioned Vertigo Lab and Let's Food.
The mission involved conducting a territorial diagnosis, building a sustainable food system strategy, and developing an operational action plan.
The goal: to structure a common and coherent vision of the food system at the inter-territorial level.
BENEFITS
Engage stakeholders and quantify food flows
This work was based on a methodology combining a review of available data, semi-structured interviews, and working workshops with local stakeholders.
It also allowed for the development of analytical tools, such as a mapping of food flows and a food production calculator.
The + Vertigo Lab
